I'm plodding through HR3. When do i hit high-rank? If it's at HR4, i might just stop getting new weapons and armor right now since it's all about to be quite useless (and start back again with Tetsucabra armor)

I can feel your pain my friend. I had a terrible time getting the Najarala set. I needed a damn chilling beak, so I did like 15 naras in a row... I got everything but the damn beak!!! At the end I got it from a shiny drop!!! what a waste of traps for all the caps I tried!!

dang 40 times. At this point if I were you I would just hold off and just wait to farm seregios to upgrade your weapon(s).

Seriously though. I'm close to 50 now. If I don't get the plate before 51, I'm leaving this game forever.

You'll get it at 51 on then be forced to play on for another 50 runs.

So HR4 is high-rank. I think i'm just going to knuckle down and blow through the next few quests without focusing on materials upgrading. Get to High Rank, get Tetsucabra armor again (has good skills and the monster was easy to handle with beginner armor, so should be easy to handle with off-rank armor), and then start building.

Is there a point where the Guard-Up/Guard + armor comes around again? I hate having to choose, the two skills are needed to complement each other so i can go "shield up, no worries." Especially due to the auto-guard talisman this game gives you, so i wouldn't even have to worry about my shield being up as long as my weapon was drawn and idle
