XB had better deal in last holiday people in USA buy the console that have the better deal.

There's some simple logic to follow which gives a clear indication on who will win the US.

Wow, so I'm blind because I say something. No you just want PS4 to dominate throughout! I'm just stating truth! The gap is very tiny even though the PS4 had a price advantage for a while! In fact, less than 10% in the US. Its just people like you assuming Amazon is where most people get their consoles! January NPD is for PS4 (probably) but February is going to be a harder (Order 1886 isn't a system seller). So yeah!

You do realize that even though the PS4 is winning now, and even though its possible for the Xbox One to win - they are close enough that you may not know the answer for the better part of a decade?  You should at least define a 'point of no return' from which it is reasonable to declare that it will go one way or another.  After all, the Wii was in the lead until the end of last year.  That is a very long time.

Nah... You want the X1 to win as much as he wants the PS4 to win (nothing wrong with that, though). When the PS4 was cheaper or costed the same as the X1, it outsold the X1. The gap grew to 1.1M after October. The X1 did not outsell the PS4 until November and December, where it had a $50 price advantage as well as having two games. Heck, the price was dropped to $329 on Black Friday and some stores were selling X1's with 5 free games!! Even though the X1 sold a lot better during the holidays, it did not make up for the deficit from the first 10 months of the year. And the PS4 had, to be quite honest, a lackluster lineup last year.

The Amazon rankings for January have shown that despite having a price advantage, the X1 could not outsell the PS4. There were several Bish-checked users (e.g. Abdiel, The Shogun, etc.) from GAF who said that there was substantially more X1's in stock than PS4's. February will be the easier month for the PS4 to win. The PS4 was leading in many retailers last month without a system seller. The Order is preordering better than how Evolve is selling at launch day and it still has 10 days until launch. It is pretty clear that The Order will move hardware.

March also looks to be a win for the PS4. Sony has exclusive marketing for Battlefield: Hardline. Then, Bloodborne comes out and the PS4 gets to close out the month with MLB 15: The Show and Toukiden Kiwami.

there is a possibility of the xb1 defying the odds, only of sony dont follow a normal price drop plan meaning this or next yr the ps4 has to go to 299

i believe that xb1 will get a permanent price drop to 299 this yr, 100 dollars less than the ps4 seems to be the sweet spot for it to get victories in US weekly the ps4 cant be greater than 100 bucks in price for long if it wants to win US this gen
