It's not ridiculous for a specific set of fan works, like fan trailers, fan art, and fan made animations.  It is ridiculous for Reviews, Parody, and Journalism, which are the very definitions of fair use.  And they have given grief over some of those and their program seems to be targeting those groups as well.   Also a 60/40 split in revenue is pretty skimpy.  90/10 would be far more reasonable and more in line with expectations.

I hope they get Chuggaconroy for a Xenboblade Chronicles commercial. That's guy's LP for the original (and most game in genera) is simply amazing!

Wow. These commercials seem to be aimed at millennials. I know some of those Smash commercials from the holidays were aimed at millennials too, but it seems like Nintendo is going all in (by their standards) to try and attract this market to the 3DS. I'm pretty surprised actually...

I only recognized iJustine ( the blonde) and TomSka ( the thinner guy with a beard)! I wasn't aware that the later was into gaming or something!

And fainted.


Why NOE not get good comercials like this. The comercials should be shared and the same for Noe + Noa.

I don't think this is the case. Two months ago before this became a popular topic youtubers like iJustine (who is in the video) interviewed Miyamoto. They obviously had contact before any of this.
