How practical/expensive would it be for them to reintroduce backwards compatibility with PS2?


Just think of ways to keep the PS3 going beyond 2016. Like a $99 system with only flash memory and PS2 BC.

So it's down ~45%. It's not bad all things considered, but it's not good either.

Picked up a preowned slim today for 150bucks. A brand new model should cost 150 bucks. The hell are you doing Sony?

With the ps4 on fire a pricedrop for the ps3 isn't very likely as of yet.
Maybe in a year or so.
I'd figure people who are interested in buying a ps3 will probably jump to ps4 if the salesman is a bit good in what he does.
