The best worst selling console is the Turbografx 16 also called PC Engine.
I don't think it is possible to argue against that.
It sold 10 millions but its library feels like that of a console that sold over 20 millions.

The turbograf sold 8 millions in Japan, much more than the Genesis, N64, Saturn or Gamecube there, that is why its library is so good.

I'm pretty sure TG-16 would be a better choice than the Genesis, which actually had decent sales! In any case, I will go with the PS3! You know the 7th gen was interesting when the worst selling console sold more than 80 million!
