So I can switch factions? Then I'll do all of them of course. They can't hide content from me!

You start off with one, then eventually either switch or join multiple/all of them later on (im guessing so they dont overwhelm the player)

Pick one >_<

I don't really give a damn so I'm going with the hottest chick rule here.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I like Interceptor logo the best, so maybe them. Overall, giving me the feeling that I might miss out on cool stuff by having to choose some sort of "faction" is really unappealing for games.

Only 1 in the beginning, you'll get to be a part of all of them later on!

You can switch/join multiples later.  I'm guessing this initial limitation will lock you into a story bit tied to that faction and after getting past a certain point in the narrative, things will open up.  Or you just get to a certain rep level within BLADE.

So that means I will miss parts of the story. And that sucks.

The more I hear about this game the more excited I get!! I never played the first one though so will definitely be buying that for my new 3DS first. This will most likely be the game I get a Wii U for!

I thought we had a thread for this?

Regardless this is good stuff. As I said earlier this sounds very much like guilds in Skyrim, so let's see.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Your claiming something thats not even confirmed... I doubt you be missing parts of the story

Having options is always welcomed, but I'm wondering if choosing one of the factions will also establish how our character will develop or which skills he/she will learn.

Like choosing Interceptor give you a better defensive skills while Avalanche means that your character will be a better warrior and Testamenr or Corepedian gives you more strength so you can carry more items.
