So because the bundle is only at Best Buy the 2nd biggest non speciality retailer for games behind Wal-Mart it is now a bad thing? It's funny the excuses that always found when the hate is strong or when someone is dissappointed the company "they like" isn't doing business the way they think it should. 

It's going to move consoles and I'm positive about it. A lot people who commented on this thread say it need s bundle, well there we are.

This game appeal mostly to those who like Nintendo like games and they should have already got a Wii U for their games MK8, SSB and Mario games by now so don't expect other people to buy only for this game. This game does not even have voice chat to get more appeal in multiplayer for new comers and multiplayer gamers. It may sell reasonably well and may reach 1million+ LTD.



GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

I do have to say that, at first, I was sure I wasn't going to buy this game, but I've changed my mind. This looks hella fun.

Move in short term or long term? how many consoles ? The time of release for this game is close to summer which is not a good month for sales. Also there is E3 around the corner which affects console purchase if they want one for long term so Wii U is only for those who want short term and Nintendo only games as secondary console mostly but not a primary system for long term.

There will be a physical copy in EU only, the US gets digital.

Actually, it is in the US and EU

Best Buy is huge. Are you serious right now?

Europe gets a physical copy, US gets a digital copy.

Hopefully Best Buy will get a demo soon, the best buy demo of Hyrule Warriors is what convinced me to get that game. I don't think Splattoon will do stellar first week, but I'm optimistic that it will have serious legs, once word gets out and the community grows.

The Wii U is gaining momentum here in the US with Smash hype and YoY sales increase, and also in Japan (where it is currently the largest current gen home console install base) with Xenoblade X and the new Dragon Quest X expansion.

Once Starfox drops and (if) we get info on new games at E3 the Wii U library is starting to look VERY good.
