Both Captain Toad and this game are overpriced by like $20-$30. They make that game look like a steal. |
Lol, im sure you haven´t played Captain Toad.

This isn't my kind of game, so I wouldn't buy it regardless, but $40 seems fair.
As for Captain Toad, that game more than justified its price with its sheer polish and quality.

Now you're kidding, right? C'mon man. You can't honestly hope that Nintendo would sell this game for $10 dollars, can you? At least Nintendo realizes that they shouldn't charge full price for games that are shorter than their usual games. Just think about it from their point of view. Do you honestly think that 4x as many people would buy this game if it was $10 instead of $40? They are a company that needs to make a profit. They're giving the consumers a deal by not making it the usual $60 dollars. I think it's pretty rare to see that. What other big name developer releases a game at reduced price? |
"At least" isn't good enough. $40 isn't worth what this game does and has.
Do I think? I know that more than 4x as many people would buy it. They payed $15 for NES Remix, a game worth no more than $5, like it was Jesus' tears in a bottle. This game would explode for $10-$15. You know what should be $40? Splatoon. Not Rainbow Curse.

They weren't. That's not how competitive pricing works.
Question: has anything been said about the amount of content for this game?
I remember Canvas Curse having a good sized campaign and loads of collectables and post game content.

What?¿?¿? Ok so maybe is going to be one of the best games of this year but is overpriced at 60$?? Omg... But hey, no problem with the tons of mediocre games that we see even at 70$ every week, no problem at all unless they are from Nintendo :S

Wait, are you saying WWHD was $40 when it was announced? Because I was sure it was $50.

Alot of people thought that about Captain Toad, it's over 500k now with a chance of legging it out to 1 million.
