What exactly is this:

Wallet Balance Payment, if you wish to close your accounts and receive a payment. Selecting this option means you are ineligible for any other benefit selections on the PlayStation Network Account Benefits Claim Form.

Does this means what I think it means? Close my account and get money?

I'm pretty sure that means exactly what you think it means. Basically you are saying "I don't trust Sony enough to keep my accounts, so just give me money instead of games"

Anyway, I got Wipeout HD Fury, Little Big Planet, Killzone Liberation, and Mod Nation Racers PSP back in 2011... Wish I'd skipped mod nation. Couldn't play it on Vita, except for the far superior Vita version of the game, which I eventually got for 1 dollar, thanks to there being a sale, and sony giving away random 10 dollars credits, that's all mod nation ended up costing me in the end.

Now, I'm getting infamous.

No, you don't get money. You account will be closed, and you will be paid back any money you have in your PSN wallet, if it's over 2 bucks. So, if you click that, and you have 1.94, you're not getting a single dime, and your account gets closed.

If you have 7.43, you get that back, and your account is again, closed.

Don't pick that option. If you really wanted your account deleted, you would have done it 3.5 years ago when it happened. You're not getting any more money than you currently have in your digital wallet. Don't think you're going to get free money for closing your account, and making a new one, that ain't gonna happen.
