No, you don't get money. You account will be closed, and you will be paid back any money you have in your PSN wallet, if it's over 2 bucks. So, if you click that, and you have 1.94, you're not getting a single dime, and your account gets closed.
If you have 7.43, you get that back, and your account is again, closed.
Don't pick that option. If you really wanted your account deleted, you would have done it 3.5 years ago when it happened. You're not getting any more money than you currently have in your digital wallet. Don't think you're going to get free money for closing your account, and making a new one, that ain't gonna happen.
