I'm really expecting an RTS from them. There have been a good few rumours recently, plus they bought the Rise of Nations ip last year, surely they have something planned with it?

Forza 5 and/or other Forza games also seem like a good possibilities to me. Microsoft already had Forza 5 running at 1080p/60FPS using DX12 on a PC using a Nvidia GTX Titan Black almost a year ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwSzpuRR2FI. I personally don't see why Microft would spend their time into such project if it is just for showing a Tech Demo using DX12.
