Bayonetta 2 (<135k) did less than half of what Bayonetta (140k on PS3, 209k on 360) did in the same time. Bayonetta 2 was also released during the holidays.

The userbase argument doesn't work for games with smaller audiences.

That's in the US.

There is more Bayo fans on other platforms.  So that leaves more fans angry.  That would be like releasing ZombiU 2 on Xbox and excluding WiiU when the first ZombiU was not on xbox but on the wiiu

Unless those numbers have been adjusted, I don't think we should be comparing VGC for Bayonetta 1 to NPD for Bayonetta 2. The longer VGC tracks something without adjusting it, the more overtracked it gets.

Yes it's a site dedicated to sales discussions but why we need multiple threads on this topic?

Why is that that anything negative to do with Nintendo ends up with 20-40 pages of comments and anything positive ends up with like 2-5.

Then when some game hits a million on PS4 or some CGI trailer comes out ad all the guys in there celebrate like they just scored a threesome and it blows out to 40 pages of it lol.

If you didn't want to bring up sales on a sales forum, you shouldn't have included a sales comment in your OP. Because that's how you get a sales discussion.
