I have a LOT of fighting games but I only really play Street Fighter 4.

What don't you like about Street Fighter 4?

I'm a tekken fan first and foremost. I'll play just about any but Tekken is the only one I consistently purchase.

Truth. Once Tekken comes out Killer Instinct is taking the back seat for me.

Well, there's like 30 different versions of the game, for starters.  2nd, it's too SFII focused.  I hate the SFII characters.  The only exceptions being Guile, Cammy, Chun-Li and Honda..  The rest can go away forever.

I also hate the stupid art style of the game.  It looks idiotic.  Always has.  I just don't like the overall feel of the game either.  Rufus sucks, El Fuerte sucks, Abel sucks, and Hakan kinda sucks.  C. Viper and Juri were the only good additions...  Add to the other Street Fighter II characters I don't like... The cast is entirely lacking for me.

Then, there's the whole thing about Sakura being in the game... in school-girl attire. Going from the SFA timeline, she should be what? 30 years old during the events of SFIV?  Ibuki, Yun and Yang should be kids...  SFIV just... it was a fan-service type of game that threw everything regarding the story out the window.

That alone doesn't bother me much, but when you look at Mortal Kombat, they regularly change their characters up.  Yet, capcom is so afraid to do this with most characters.  The only exception I can think of is Jill... She looks totally different in MvC2 than she does in MvC3.  Though, I understand it's specifically to do with Resident Evil 1 & Resident Evil 5 versions of the character.

Then, SFIV kept the EX attacks from SFIII, while removing parries.  Parries didn't need to be removed, just tweaked

Then, something about SFI, II, and III....  They each had unique characters.  Capcom wouldn't need to rely on SFII characters, if they would stop making characters like Rufus, and El Fuerte.   Then, much of the problem with the SFIII cast was with Remy and Necro.  One is a clone of Guile, and the other is a mix of Blanka and Dhalsim.

Had they put Guile in SFIII and did something different with Necro, I think SFIII would have been a lot better off, instead of being a late bloomer, or sorts.  It was hated in the beginning, but now it's seen as one of the bests.

SFIV would have been perfect as it's own game, and not some sort of SFII remake.

Smash, Tekken and Soul Cal for me. I never got into the VS series, Street Fighter, blaz blue and king of fighters
