On a personal note, I am dissapointed with Nintendo, because instead of 'mario maker' they could have expanded it a bit more and made a game that lets you make side-scroller platformers that aren't limited to mario assets.
IMO, they have the tools to make an even better project spark, which could include a full 'mario maker'-style creation system

Who knows, if Mario Maker sells well maybe some thing like that might follow. You never know what's going on in the heads of Nintendos game creators.

Do you know what an IP is?
A new IP is an IP that didn't previously exist.
Lego has existed longer than I have been alive.
Therefore it is not new and not an original IP



Based on that list, I am glad I own the console I do and have no intention of owning the other two

One of those lists is particularly dire. I actually had to even google it to see if OP made a mistake. Just dismal.
