I'm not sure if I would count NES Remix either, but this games aren't just collection of older games. They are completely new challenges based on assets in old NES games. Sorry if I sound annoyed, but saying it is a rerelease of NES classics is just uninformed.

Also einstein, ZombiU isn't actually a new IP, and neither is lego city undercover.
Stop being butthurt because you can't handle Fact. This isn't an opinion piece, it is
a list of new IP's published by each of the big three for the home console hardware.

Fine for Lego City. The controls and gameplay are pretty much the usual Lego games pedigree, only in an open world environment instead of stages. But ZombiU is a new IP.

Even if I had let it off, it is not published by nintendo. Nintendo didn't develop or publish this game and so why give nintendo credit for something ubisoft created, developed and published?
