Fine for Lego City. The controls and gameplay are pretty much the usual Lego games pedigree, only in an open world environment instead of stages. But ZombiU is a new IP.

Even if I had let it off, it is not published by nintendo. Nintendo didn't develop or publish this game and so why give nintendo credit for something ubisoft created, developed and published?
