Damn! Good thing I only care about the games themselves!

I actually just looked up the prices for those LEs on Amazon and...wow. The Hyrule Warriors one is especially expensive. I didn't realize they were THAT limited. O_O

Nintendo are trying to drive up demand by limiting supply, a strategy that served them well last gen.

But yes, their marketing team needs to be fired, they are ridiculously incompetent.

Is this the same marketing team that created 'Wii Would Like to Play'? If so, I'll have a hard time believing it.

Yeah, the HW one is rare. I was too late, so I missed my chance. Didnt really like the game much, but the scarf was pretty awesome. If the clock was included in the european LE as well, then it would really suck...

Wasn't HW LE a Nintendo World exclusive? I remember planning on preordering it but didn't for some reason. I had a good time with the game but, like you said, the scarf is awesome, so I wish I had that too lol

That's just...sad. They really couldn't think of something catchy for the U? In fact, it doesn't even have to be catchy, but at least let people know it exists. They seriously need to spend more money in this department, because although it's gotten better, it's still nowhere near how well the competition is marketed, much less the Wii.
