The campaign trailer blew me away. It looked so much better than the E3 presentation (which I already thought looked good). These screenshots are okay but don't really convey the tone and polish of the game we've seen so far.
Welp, they really seem out of place in that enviroment, it's too realistic.
I'm now filled with determination.

No offence, but...
...he's right. That game blows Splatoon out of the water easily when it comes to graphics, most likely because Splatoon will probably be 60fps and 1080p, but whatever.

I really think the story of this thread shouldn't be "gorgeous graphics," but rather that the developers were showing a new locale. It does look a little odd seeing obviously cartoony characters interacting with semi photo-realistic environments...but we rally can't judge how that looks until we see it in motion.
