Yeah that's how it works. Youtube pay out depending on amount of views from the advertising revenue. But you need to get to a certain level before they will offer you a deal like that in the first place.

Well maybe they aren't getting paid just yet but are working on it by creating flame bait videos

Both CrapGamer and Nxtgen720 are the worst people ever. CrapGamer is a racist and nxtgen720 is a homophobic bigot. I don't know what people are even doing bringing them up. They're a cancer to the Xbox Community and are poisoning it, driving people away and making ALL gamers look bad.
