When I first saw this, I thought it was an early, early April Fool's joke. But this really took me by surprise. He was one of my favorites at IGN. Guess I should've seen it coming when he created that Kinda Funny channel and branding.

I left IGN years ago so do not even know who these people are. Of any major video game news outlet Game Informer is only one left I bother with due to "Replay" channel on YouTube. If Tim left them for his own Let's Play I'd probably follow him as among Let's Play channels it is the most tolerable one I have ever found.

Didn't like IGN for years, since many of their reviews I disagreed with. They seemed big at IGN though, big hit to them.
