Don't really care. I'm very skeptical of how much talent you actually need to do that job. I think you mostly just need to be slightly charismatic to attract viewers. Plenty of people who could fill that role. These guys obviously think people were mostly watching for them. I doubt it. People are mostly watching cos it's probably the biggest site and therefore has the highest production values and most content.

Aren't all the old major groups sort of falling apart? IGN, Gametrailers, Gamespot? Seems like it's easier nowadays to be an independent personality or work as part of a very small team, running blogs and operating off the social nets.
