Nope. Not happening on my end. I can't play that much worth of retail games a month for that amount of PS Now thing service.
and that's not considering my backlog or new games that I want....
So no.

Well, I do understand the benefits of psnow and what it could potentically be capable of but my issue with it is that it heavely relies on "third party" in order to give its experience and I really do not think that a lot of people's internet speed is that good in order to do so. If we look at netflix's data for example (this is just streaming movies btw, netflix doesn't need to worry about input or anything like that which psnow does) we see that the "fastest" average speeds for the popular isps in the US is ~3mbps. Now, according to Netflix's stream quality recommendation list, 3mbps = SD quality like 360p/480p... In order to get HD 720p quality, you need at least 5mbps. So you can kinda see where my issue is coming from because yes, psnow has benefits but idk if most people will use it just due to their internet limitation. If it takes off, great! But I feel as though it has a lovely hill to climb before it can do that |
I can see where the issues might be, but where I live I know the average is over 5mbps, so running PSNow shouldn't be in issue. I live in NY.
I am sure it is an issue that will get better as time goes by. This kind of service is still fairly new.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
Currently playing:
Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Also most of UK is way above 5Mb/s.
Though some of europe is catching up
Well PS Now isn't successful yet, and I doubt PS VitaTV will ever sell well.

Get some, I hear it's fucking easy, then hide them, and yo baby's momma
Ps now price is excellent. You may own an xbox but you can play ps3 games if you have a Sony or Samsung tv

It's brilliant. Especially when you consider
1) Games are more expensive than movies
2) Higher bandwidth on sony's servers required to stream games vs movies
3) Games are always longer than movies, meaning you'll spend more time on a streamed game vs a streamed movie.
4) Many games have replay value, unlike movies which are pretty boring to watch immediately after previously watching.
So that in my mind justifies the few extra dollars vs a netflix subscription.
