Should easily break 500K. 750K might be possible, as there is no home console version. A decision I'm not happy with, I have to say. I will not buy day one because of this, hoping Capcom gets their shit together and announce a home console version, but at some point I will give in and buy it for 3DS.

Monster Hunter Tri (Wii)-1.04m

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (3DS+Wii U)-0.92m

MH3U was a 3 year old port that is close to matching the original and nearly at 1 million in the west. Based on this I believe it is possible for MH4U to sell 1-1.2m lifetime in the west.
