I cant find the numbers but isnt that about wat WiiU version shipped in the West^ (MG3U). I think the 3ds version of MH3U was around 400k-450k? Maybe more...

Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
