Anyone who thinks this will happen needs to have their brain checked. Its quite reasonable to assume that in 2015, 1 console in 10 sold will be a Wii U judging by 2014s yearly sales (1 in 10 would actually require a drop in Wii U yearly sales actually, percentage wise). That would mean the PS4 has to sell 7 consoles for every 2 Xboxes sold, a ratio of 3.5/1! Considering in 2014 it didnt even make 2/1 that is a massive ask.

It will have a lead but nowhere near 70%. It will also have YOY growth but I have a suspicion some PS fans actually might be a bit disappointed by their shipments for this quarter. I am guessing PS4 might reach 18mn sold to consumers next year.

in my opinion that's only possible if MS raised the price to $400 without game again and keeps it that high for the whole 2015, while PS4 has atleast a $/€50 price drop ww for holiday 2015

in other words I think it's very unlikely, even if PS4 has a lot of quality software lined up for this year

not a chance in hell, sorry but it doesn't stand a chance of that happening ever in its lifetime.

i know its hard wrapping our heads around it. but last year ps4 managed to sell almost 16m consoles. no chance in hell it sells less than that this year. it's more likely to sell at least 17.5m consoles this year. 

but yeah, 25m sold is a bit much. them again the ps4 has only managed to break every sales prediction so far.
