Forums - Sony Discussion - SaGa 2015 announced for PS Vita

Pretty shocking to see in 2014 examples of Square Enix aiming at a market that isn't F2P mobile and isn't AAA console.

Between Bravely Second, Final Fantasy Explorers and now this... could we finally be seeing a shift in Square Enix's perceptions?

I do remember there was a quote from someone at Square Enix a while ago saying they were exploring a variety of budgets including $8m games aimed at smaller fanbases... maybe this is a product of that.

Anyway, happy days. Very much looking forward to the first proper trailer to see what it's like. Saga Frontier please!

OMFG YES! I AM NOT ALONE!!!

Edit - Where are my SaGa OST videos?!! O_o

Alkaiser, no!!!!!

Hopefully its a game in the levels of Saga Frontier 2, because all other SaGa games have been meh to bad.

But, but... SaGa Frontier OST.

I hope Kenji Ito does the OST for this new game.

I think people considered it "dead" due to the stupididly ridiculous DS sales.

I believe PSP then got games like MH in JPN and sales suddenly exploded.

For a while people were calling it a zombie because when they thought it was dying and/or dead, BAM, it came back to life.

I don't think this is the case with the Vita, but I am glad it is getting a SaGa title. I'm a big SaGa fan, especially SaGa Frontier.

Thats cool^ Looks like SaGa is pretty big going by the sales i seen in previous entrys. Looks to be one of Vita biggest, if not the biggest  game of 2015.

Thank you, Square Enix. :)
