Rayman Legends by a big margin. Smash has some moments that look amazing, some of the special smashes, the fight against transformed master hand, some of the crazier items, but for most of a typical battle there is really nothing special about it. I don't really think Zelda Wii U looks that amazing. The Cell shading was really awsome for when games had super shitty resolution but in 1080p it honestly looks a tad weird. Rayman Legends always looks amazing and though it doesn't have some of the super flashy moments that Smash does, 95% of the time it is the better looking game.

Oh, crap. I almost forgot about Nano Assault. Everyone should pick this up. It's a great value at $10. Gorgeous graphics, too!

Art of Balance by the same developer is worth checking out as well; it has some of the best graphics on Wii U, and excellent gameplay to boot.
