Considering Halo MCC beat it when it released worldwide, compaired to Smash that released only in NA? It is obvious it would beat Smash. However, if you add up, worldwide, Smash Wii U has sold 490k first week NA,  Europe was 290k and Japan was 240k? All that equals 1.02m worldwide firstweek. The MCC as of 22nd November, 10 days after release has sold 1.29m copies. Smash second week in USA sold some 220k (when you were abkle to see it) which means, worldwide, Smash has sold about 1.25m combined. 1.29 to 1.25, when only USA had its second week shown, not even its third, europe its second and Japan its first? In a way, HALO MCC did not beat Smash Wii U. And it definitely won't sell more life time.

Well, sorry, but I don´t understand your point, at the end of 15th November week Halo has selled 1.093k, but the game was releas at 11th November, so Halo MCC has 5 days to sell that but Smash has selled 480k in only 2 days, is not the same, by the fifth day Smash could easily have reached 650k in NA, even more than MCC in those 5 days in NA, and the numbres of sales on japan are for 2 days too, maybe in 5 days has selled 400k, and in 5 days in Europe 250K, that would make 1.300k in 5 days, so yeah, we still don´t know that but Smash could have been smashed Halo MCC.

Yeah, but it was obvious. I expected even more from Halo (maybe it did, we only have VGC numbers, right?).

Smash should sell more over the holiday season, the ongoing problems of the MCC shouldn't help its legs.

I don't trust VGCs tracking. I still expect Smash Bros to sell more.

Well, going by Vgc numbers any of them could be in front but we at least can conclude it wasn't the walk in the park or domination some claimed.

Also, why all the snark remarks of MCC being broken or a piece of junk? I have no love for halo, x1 or ms, but those comments are off topic, flammatory and wrong.

Sad but true. I still think it will do pretty decent lifetime, but it did lose sales because of the 3DS. Sadly it was more sales than I figured it would be.
