I was always jealous of all of the indie games on the 360. It wasn't enough to make me buy one, but I would always be at a friends house and we'd find a cool game on Live and then I'd look for it when I got home only to be dissapointed to find it wasn't on PSN...

Luckily! It looks like that won't be an issue this time around!

And your opinion is then?  Why not even try to explain?    

If people can say PS4 has more indies than the Xone then PS4 is the place to be.....then they should also say  PC is an better place to be than PS4 because the PC has a ton more indies announced than PS4 and should not be hypocrits about it.

Especially now that Sony like MS before also start with getting so many PC/console exclusives.....Dying light, No man's sky, SF5, Planetside 2, Dayz, (Killing floor 2, Forest?) etc...

It makes me sad to think that a lot of people would ignore these games just because they are labelled as 'indie' :(

Yes a lot of indie games suck but many are amazing and have opened up avenues of new experiences that previous big budget games would never explore.

Games are meant to give entertainment. If a 10 or 5 euro game can give me the joy of Braid, Journey, Rogue Legacy, Hotline Miami etc I would certainly love as many choices available to me!

EDIT: Please don't use this post to derail the thread into a this fanbase/that fanbase war. Let's talk about the Parity Clause and what can be done about it instead.

Well history has shown that people don't read OPs anyway. I didn't twist anything, I just copy-pasted the most interesting part. I also kept the title exactly as it was on Gaf, but a mod changed it, ironically.
