1. Was it last month when the news arrives which says that the Vita shipments ar higher than 10,5 million? Does somebody have a link for it, I can't find the news :/?

2. This News is from July http://www.psvitahub.com/2014/07/ps-vita-sales-near-10-million-mark.html and the Vita sales were nearly to the 10 million mark. I can't imagine that it is true that the Vita hasn't catched the 10 million mark in 5 months...

"Near" (Sony), "soon" (MS), well. We don't know. But 10.5 million? Where did you read this?
I was asking myself yesterday if WiiU manages to outsell the Vita until the end of the year, to be honest.

That source you used stated PS4 was at 7 million in July...Unless that 100 Million Sales is of March 2014 (Which I believe it wasn't). That is factually incorrect.

Infact that source you used, didn't even use its own source material correctly. IGN even wrote it should be north of 8 million. (Infact it might have been closer 9 Million at that stage) since it was 13.5 in September.

That is how we get misinformation...when places don't even use their own sources in corrective methods. 

The original information itself is strange video. 

Ps4 sales (sold in) were at 10.2m as of 30th June

That articel is very bad. They just used some old pr numbers and crush them together
The 80m Ps3 was as of November 2013
The 7m Ps4 as of April 2014
The 100m Playstation consoles were as of we don't even know

I doubt Vita is undertracked and this article doesn't help in the slightest.
