I'd like to add that shinobi did say we're getting a Gears of War game in 2015, probably a remake of some sorts but if his sources are right then thats one more to add to the list. Then there is the heavily rumored Banjo Kazooie game which we're supposed to find out about at E3 and of course we know Rare is making multiple games so there's that.

Of course rumors are nothing to get hyped up about, we've been disappointed in the past but if we were to add Gears and Banjo to the 2015 line-up it certainly feels more impressive and adds a little more variety to the console.

 

Phil already said there will be announcments so we just have to wait.

But I doubt many announcements will release in 2015. Gears collection maybe and that one is what I really hope. 


Assuming Gears and Banjo were decided on over the last 6 months, I think it'd be possible to have both release between now and this time next year. We've gotten multiple tweets from Rare devs and Black Tusk devs saying that their projects are going smoothly, Black Tusk even stated that Gears is ahead of schedule. Now whether they are referring to Gears 4 or the remastered collection is still up in the air. Rare did say we'll be finding out soon what they're working on.

Crackdown 3 isn't confirmed as a 2015 release, not by Microsoft or the developers anyway.

Nothing in that line-up is enough to make me want an XB1, I already have a PS4, it has the better 2015 line-up as far as I'm concerned and as my next 8th gen console the Wii U has way more games in 2015 that make me want it over an Xbox One, like Starfox, Zelda, Xenoblade, Splatoon, especially combining that with the games already on the system.

 

Money is also a real concern next year, as well as size of the library, Wii U is a much cheaper system and it has many more games that I'd like.

PS4 has something like 20 true exclusives that I'd like next year, plus all of the multiplats I'll be playing on PS4 because they run best there and all of my friends are on PS4 too.


If you cared for reals so much about the line up to make you decide a console you wouldnt own a ps4 in 2014 for next year's games, so stop pointing things out as if this post even mattered to you. You would have an xbox one for this year's lineup or no new console if you cared the slightest about gaming in general and not a PS console :) Its just obvious :p

Strangely I clicked the Playstation lineup thread that is linked atop this thread and I didn't see you in that thread bitching about the numerous games that are ports of PS3 games or are also on PS3. In fact you made a lengthy gushing post about the greatness of that lineup. What up with that?

I'll be picking up a Xbox One with Halo 5 and Rise of the Tomb Raider next year.

QB is the XB1 game I am most interested in that has already been announced s far. The others are already out like SO, KI and Ryse! Can't wait to see what else they have in store! Still crossing my fingers for a Lost Odyssey 2 and a Gears collections as well as a new Gears game! Oh and maybe a Ninja Blade 2 I thought that was a great 360 exclusive that not many people played!

Isn't Scalebound a 2015 title? It's the only exclusive that has my attention. Dat lineup looks boring.

I'm still thinking which one I should get in order to play FF XV (Xbone or Ps4), and while I love my windows phone, windows PC and them JRPGs on 360... I guess I'll go with Sony this time.
