Forums - Nintendo Discussion - WiiU exclusive retail lineup in 2015

Interested in three of those titles for day one buys:

Zeda
Xenoblade
Yoshi

Will wait to get Star Fox at a reduced price. Also I will get SMTX FE day one if that is 2015.

It probably will, I don't really see them releasing just the level editor and nothing else

That's all I assumed it was.  Don't see how a game revolved around making levels is gonna have a single player mode.

Well, think of all the other games that rely mainly on the modding community that have single player experiences... Lbp series, for example all have a single player experience as well as their custom level stuff. I am expecting that there would be many levels in Mario Maker to show case what you really can achieve with the level editor and the online level sharing will add to that in a big way

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

How do you know some of these are retail?  Like Star Fox or Mario Maker.  They put like a year of development into Star Fox, for all we know its a small downloadable game.  Mario Maker screams downloadable game to me.

Hmm.. I thought Miyamoto already had a completed skeleton of the game ready at e3 last year?  So all it needs is a 3rd party dev to flesh it out. That can be done in a year with a large enough team nah mean?  I believe Wind Waker HD only took about a year and it was amazing.

All day one buys except for Mario Party.

Ah so you think the single player is just gonna be like the New Super Mario Bros games.  I don't see it happening, but its possible.

Enough derailing, I'm excited for Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Wooly World and Splatoon and Star Fox depending on how big the story modes turn out.

Probably gonna try and get em all except Devil's Third, which really doesn't interest me, but the day one buys for me are
Zelda
Yoshi
Xenoblade

100% buy, most likely day one: Zelda, Star Fox, Xenoblade, Yoshi, Splatoon, Captain Toad

Optimistic:
- Mario Maker (Not my thing, but i may get it to play other people levels)
- Devil's Third (Need to see more)
- Mario Party 10 (I really liked MP2 and 3, but since then things went south with this IP. Let's see how it turns out to be)

Pessimistic:
- Kirby (still not sold here, don't know if i am going to enjoy this gameplay style)

Online level sharing alone makes the game a must have for me. Getting an unlimited amount of Mario levels to play just sounds great.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

You should watch Gamexplain's analysis. They showed a lot of stuff I'm excited for.
