Wow. Almost 400k gap erased in just one month.

All it took is massive price cuts, free games and getting rid of anti-consumer practices like mandatory Kinect and always-online. Gotta give Microsoft credit here though, they did make a huge turnaround since last year.

So both PS4 and Xbox One outsold every Nintendo system COMBINED. That is just insane. And software wise PS4 and Xbox One barely had any big exclusives while Nintendo pretty much has released every big IP they have.

Gotta give it to MS, they worked hard for this month's win. Free games and $150 dollar price drop in less than a year.

PS4 did great though, Sony didn't have to flex a single muscle to win globally this year. Saving all their Aces for the next year and so on.
