It was my first (and still only) fire emblem game, but I loved the game, found it brilliant.

It rose to my top 3 of Nintendo games. (Pokemon, yoshi, FE)

The only bad thing about FE:A is that Frederick gets outleveled hard at the end of the game.

 

And you will still want to use him just to hear "Pick a god and pray!"

Loved the game, but understand the challenge at times being steep. Have to really think through several aspects when playing.

Pretty much this. That's what makes the game. The feeling of losing a character you care so much about.

And then soft resetting the second you see the death message. :3

Indeed. Frederick is the worst Jeigan in the history of Fire Emblem I think xD

Nah, he'd be in the upper tier for Jeigans I think (which isn't saying much). Titiania and Seth are the only ones who are better, from what I recall.
