Ask the kid what the scariest movie he has seen is.

If he answer The Excorsist? Then its fine.

If he answer Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban? Then tell the parent that this is not a game he should play.

What do you think?

She said she doesn't care if it is like call of duty with murderer, foul language and other violence. She just did not want any sex or drugs.

Appropriate or not?

Precisely what's wrong with parents in America these days, and the society in general.  Wholesale slaughter is perfectly fine for little kids, but the human body is shameful.  Worthless human being, I feel sorry for the child.

Depends on the child & environment they're in

I played games like Resident Evil & such when I was 5...

Although, some would say I didn't turn out so good

What the... Call Of Duty? Taking it the mom had a good time with violence but must of had bad sex and bad drugs before.

Ive watched horror movies ever since I can remember and I...KILL KILL KILL THEM ALL...turned out fine...

Completely depends on the child and his upbringing.
I've never seen an issue with allowing children to experience more "adult" content. When you properly understand the difference between reality and fiction it really doesn't matter what game you play.

Warn her he might see a breast when (above) is attempting to murder him, fortunately the child can avert such trauma by setting the creature on fire and listening to its cries of agony.

I mean really its the parents decision but just read the fucking box, it tells them all they should need to know. If they still arent comfortable buying it watch some vids on it and decide weather its OK for your child.

I bet she is from America. Violence, no problem. Sex, aw hell naw!
