Considering its a first party game, probably not...

Well Monolith soft. Not actually Nintendo. I guess you could call it Second party.

Monolith Soft is Nintendo. Calling this game second party is like calling Zelda second party. In fact it is calling Zelda second party.

More like calling Metroid Prime or Pokemon second-party.

Ok, lets clear this up.

First party - anything done by Nintendo or any studios they own
Second party - Nintendo owns IP but NOT developer associated with it - sin and punishment as example.
Third party - IP and studio not owned.

We should know this stuff guys.

Second party is when a developer isn't owned, but they still receive funding and work under the console publisher.  Insomniac Games, Bungie, Level 5, etc.

It's first party, Nintendo owns Monolith Soft, it's a Nintendo game. It will need a huge marketing push, but it maaaay be able to pull it off worldwide hopefully.

I'm pretty sure when the game release, there will be more than 11M Wii U's sold and it won't stop selling after X, so is possible

Exactly, that's why I don't think it's possible.

well I guess we will have to wait and see. I still think 700k will be a given 1st year

I think I should mention the game is first party.

Nobody else has done it yet.

Is it Mario-Party?

Or any metroid game really. I was making the point that if he separates Monolith, he may as well separate EAD 3 as well. But Metroid and Super Metroid were both made by Intelligent Systems, so it applies there as well.

at least one of lego city, zombi u, bayonetta 2 and hyrule warriors will become a million seller before. but xenoblade is first party anyway.
