If it isn't a Wii U exclusive they'll have to do 2 things:
1) Change the name
2) Fundamentally change the gameplay, because the game mechanics that create the stress and tension are based on a controller with a second scrren with zero lag
Dont tease ZombiU fans, id love to see a second game, i loved the first game and is destined to become a cult classic, cant see it happening myself though, do you think an open world city would work been New York?

They dont really need to change the name. The "U" could just stand for "you".
