If it isn't a Wii U exclusive they'll have to do 2 things:

1) Change the name

2) Fundamentally change the gameplay, because the game mechanics that create the stress and tension are based on a controller with a second scrren with zero lag

They dont really need to change the name. The "U" could just stand for "you".
