Yes, but 360 is not absent from ROW?? I'm talking in relative terms here. Both systems have sold about the same number but 360 is much more skewed towards countries that buy more games than the rest of the world (US, UK)

When a game sells more on the PS3, it's because of Europe/Asia yet when a game sells more on the Xbox 360, it's because 360 owners are happier with their console so haven't moved on.

That's some pretty strong bias right there.

Because the US and UK aren't the planet. Seriously, there is something wrong with the mentality here. People completely dismiss the rest of the worldd like it doesn't exist. To the point where they can accept when the world produces a different result. This isn't the first COD to sell more on PS3 and the PS3 is still selling at a faster pace than the Xbox 360 despite a thread suggesting that PS4 sales indicated that people weren't satisfied with the PS3... even though it sales more... ever freaking week.
