It's hardly the only country where FPS games are the most popular though.

It's where shooters sell the most and also where games in general sell the most.

Yes, but 360 is not absent from ROW?? I'm talking in relative terms here. Both systems have sold about the same number but 360 is much more skewed towards countries that buy more games than the rest of the world (US, UK)
