It's evident that this game is going to have water in it. Quite a bit of water. Let's consider the fact that the game is going to be (last I heard) at least 4-10 times as large as the original (which was larger than Skyrim apparently). Xenoblade blew everyone's minds with how big the game was (in terms of landmass, not necessarily detail). If X is going to be 4-10x LARGER then that means it is going to have 4-10x MORE WATER than xenoblade and let's not forget that this game is going to involve space travel (which means the possibility of ICE ASTEROIDS!!!!!!!!!!!! WHICH HAZ MOREEE WATTTAR!!!!!!!!). But really, we need water to survive, and it has the ability to enhance our physical abilities drastically:

So, this logical argument being made, let's all discuss future predictions for what IGN will give Xenoblade x, knowing full well it will have MORE WATER and it will be MORE WATERY than OR/AS (due to 1080p water, which one can only assume will be WORSE in IGN's eyes).

Obviously we know Nintendo loves and embraces water, as is seen here:

Also, will IGN be declaring war on the Water Nation now, due to the review?

Lastly, will James Camaren change the Avatar sequel due to ign hating water so much?

Find out next time on Dragonball z.

This joke is getting old. Maybe she legitimately thought there was too much water in hoenn and too many water poekmon. There is more water in Hoenn than other regions and maybe she prefers being on land more. I dont mind the water but i dont expect everybody to enjoy that. It would be like too many caves as i hate caves in pokemon.

You know whats interesting is that there was a point where IGN actually liked water! They gave WWHD a 9.8!

I wonder what went wrong in the time period? Maybe the reviewer's goldfish escaped into a lake or something while she was talking it for a stroll

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

How many people actually read the review?

I wish I could make good conspiracy theories...

Being serious for a moment, Xenoblade (Wii) DOES have too much water. The lack of landmarks on certain shores and islands, the quests requiring you to swim into Makna Falls, Eryth Sea just all of Eryth Sea. Either make swimming faster or get rid of some of that water.

If you try your hardest, then maybe you can be great.

The best I can make is something out of Nerd School.

Most of the water is bonus content instead of core content, however, in X you have mechs which will make exploration and travel much quicker (presumably)

The water is not content. The water is padding meant to make getting to the content take forever.
