Watch the God of War Retrospective, Cory Barlog gets annoyed by being hounded so much about GOW so he admits it's in the works, IGN talked about it too in one of their videos, I forget which one.
No one knows what the mystery game is yet, at least I haven't seen anything confirming it, but Ratchet & Clank was meant to have it's gameplay revealed this fall, that hasn't happened to my knowledge yet and it's meant to be a release for the first half of 2015, so it would have to be unveiled some time soon to start marketing.
My guess is Ratchet & Clank could be the game, but it's existence isn't a mystery, so maybe they'll unveil that and then show something else.
Devs have been getting bombarded with questions about leaked names for games, at the Inside the Dev Studio thing earlier the devs had a Q&A session and the head of Media Molecule was trying not to talk about different materials being used in games besides Paper (for Tearaway) and Sackboy's cloth, I get the impression the new game could be something Clay related.
One guy from Guerrilla was asked directly about Horizon and the guy looked like he was blushing, tried turning his head away from the audience.
The whole panel were sort of ribbing each other about it and banter was being thrown at Cory Barlog about his supposed "leak" (personally I think it's all kind of orchestrated to a certain degree and most of the leaks are intentional, so stuff from any of those games could be unveiled). The Secret Mystery Game segment seems a bit long to unveil only one game, unless it's going to be something small and will release really soon.
I think that during the Keynote the developer (I forget how to spell his name) said there's something next week, although they have shown a bit of gameplay, it looks nice, I don't think it's SF5. Ultra SF 4 is coming to PS4 first.
If you missed it David Jaffe is collaborating on a game called Drawn to Death, basically a sketch pad (think Mad World for Wii art) style Arena Shooter, with San Diego (PS4 exclusive), San Diego are developing a F2P top down shooter called Kill Strain (the name for this was leaked as a Trademark filing earlier this year).
SSM are working on Fat Princess Adventure exclusive for PS4 for 2015.
