Not yet. I can't download 20GB games, so 24h demos, MS bundles with digital vouchers and 15GB day 1 patches all do nothing to win me back.
I'm waiting for a store bundle with a physical copy included, 399,- with 1TB drive means sold.
A fix for the gamma shift would be nice too, but I can adjust my set for that as I did for the 360.
MS is on the right track, however still ignores people with crappy internet.
To put things how they are to me, easily. Hmmm....... I prefer the 360 hardware over PS3. I prefer the 360 controller over PS3's.
That stated, I am not in love with Gears , or Halo having played them all for both games. Not a big fan of Fable. The best 1st party on the 360 was arcade games and I really liked Alan Wake and Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Until Microsoft has a better 1st party lineup they will not have me back as a customer on X1 for years to come.
The PS4 is a fast and great piece of hardware, the controller is pretty awesome. I feel the X1 will not offer me much different than the PS4 for a long time. I mostly prefer third party and I am satisfied with the AAA games I play on PS4 as well as the indies I have bought and got for free with PS plus. Everyone that I am close enough to for it to greatly matter already owns a PS4, or will buy PS4.

They're basically screwing over Sunset Overdrive's chances of making money with this. Have they no confidence in their product? Giving away decent games for free is great and all, but at least do it with a one or two year old game... Like me getting Pikmin 3 and Super Mario 3D Land for free.
edit: apparently it's only free to play for 24 hours? Well, that's even lamer. I guess you could finish the game in one day lol...
