Is there room behind that couch for me too? Pachter making positive Nintendo comments? my head cannot take it.
Who is that guy and what did he do with the Pachter I know and hate?!

The article seems to be talking more about profits than it does about hardware sales. Basically since Nintendo had a profitable quarter ($224 million), they are expected to do real well this quarter with Smash Bros+Amiibo+Pokémon+holiday boost for hardware/previously released software. In that respect I would have to agree with the article.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
op pachter spoke, It's all over for Wii U. Pachter is always wrong, so just expect the opposite.

As the wii u sells 1/7th of what the XBO/PS4 are currently selling. Right.
Calm down everyone.
EVERYONE ALWAYS has a great BLACK FRIDAY/ HOLIDAY SEASON .................. EVERYONE.
Come talk numbers with me con the second week of January......
Oh well, back to Destiny Iron Banner.
I agree they can have a resurgence with profits and i'd say they will play it really safe with the production of their next console. So massive losses prob won't occur even if the Wii U 2 flops.
But in terms of the Wii U making a comeback absolutely not. In October it sold a mere 69k units. Japan it sold maybe 30k and the rest of the world was bad. SSB will give it a great boost but that's not hard when the baseline is so low. It will be like MK8. Then by Feb it will have gone back down.
