I said developers WILL achive always, or almost always 1080p on PS4; I didn't say developers will always achive 1080p on PS4 since Launch.

''You may wish to re-word that.'' ---> you may wish to read properly words.

I did read your words "properly."

And I quote...

and you will have 1080p always on PS4

Aka. "Always 1080P on PS4."

You actually couldn't have been any clearer on that point.

You WILL, does not mean from Launch.  You mentioned Launch games.

But I will correct myself, you WILL ALMOST always see 1080p on PS4 in future multiplatform games, from those devs who know how to develop for PS4 and do care about pushing PS4. I know RES alone means nothing, so many other things are more important such as geometry, draw distance, texturing, lighting shading, effects, physics, system collision, AI, animations, etc.  But I believe 1080p will be somehow a standard for PS4 and won't be for XOne. We will have exceptions of course, lazy developers, or not very talented developers, or 'bought parity', or lack of good knowledge of PS4 hardware, or simply a so so demanding game which can't run at 1080p on PS4 even if very well coded.

CoD 2020 would certainly look better than CoD 2015.
During last gen graphics, resolution and framerate have improved with every CoD release until they hit stable 60FPS @720p on both 360 AND PS3.

A lot of people used to say there were no much difference between PS3 and PS4, so there is no much difference between HD( 720p) and full HD (1080p), now they say there is no much difference between 900p and Full HD(1080p), Some PC gamers tell me that there is no much difference between 1080p and 1440p (2k). I wish people can see the difference between 480p and 1440p.... A world of difference. Resolutions matters. I wish the people that say there is no difference to continue play in 480p as is almost the same for them. Resolution doesnt make a good game, and everybody can enjoy this gen consoles a lot, but resolution matters.
