 But seriously is there really someone caring about this game anymore? We already know it looks 1:1 like the PS360 version and makes no use of the WiiU shaders or anything.

I will buy my $5 version on some random sites STEAM winter sale.

Ive bought Watch Dogs for Wii U and its a very competent port, I am a Wii U only owner so I relished the chance to experience it. Its quite a good game and the interactive map is simple but very useful, im glad we finally got it.

Did anyone bother to review the ps360 versions?

I would think it would be about on par with them.

Yes, there were a few reviews for those versions, but not enough to complete a metacritic score (it needs 4 per version at least) because the review copies that were sent by Ubisoft were mostly of the X1 and PS4 editions.

Now this port looks very similar to the 360 version with some minor improvements and a simple but useful Gamepad integration (interactive map that helps during the game and off-tv play), the gameplay, plot and other stuff is the same, the technical stuff (resolution, textures, framerate, and so on) were the concerns. I care about it because I am a Wii U only user, so this is a good addition to the library as it adds some variety, and offers something that Nintendo usually does not provide.

Sure there is, specially in smaller countries like mine, were having 2 consoles (or a powerful PC) is a luxury that very few can manage, maybe we are few but it is always better to have a open world reallistic style game that no game at all.

By the way it looks better than the PS3 version, but not sure about the 360 edition.

Calling it right now, Gamepad features will make Watch Dogs Wii U GOTY and Wii U owners who didn't buy it will look silly as the price actually goes up from release!

Ubisoft does seem to be pushing it on "Walking Dead" pretty hard - both online and televised. The reviews aren't all that bad, either (85 is respectable). It does seem that they had little hopes for it, however, or else they wouldn't have launched it right after "Assassin's Creed". Maybe they just didn't want the whispers about why everyone had review copies of "Far Cry 4", and none for "Unity".

Made me lol, Would actually be the only way I can see this selling any real numbers over the holidays, accidental purchase by parents for kids.
