you say you know it's coming on N3DS but still want Xenoblade HD..... such a massive game would take forever to remaster. Also, you seem to ignore the fact that Xeblade Chronicles X (which is in HD) is coming out next year (here hoping).

Why would it take forever? They don't have to do anything to the textures and meshes. They can change/add lighting effects, and render the resolution at 1080p, and it would be good. The Wii U's architecture isn't much different from the Wii's, so I doubt it would take long to port the code and get it working at a reasonable speed, either. Actually, the New 3DS version should take longer than a Wii U version.

In order to remaster a game like Xenoblade you would have to play test the entire game and a game that span over 70 hours this is problematic.
You do understand that the install base on WiiU is much much smaller than Wii. Xenoblade HD would flop base on the current install base. It's a teen rated game that caters to RPG fans. The target audience that own a WiiU probably already own the Wii version.
In order for Xenoblade Chronicles X to suceed it need to build up expectation and customers interest. Xenoblade HD would actual work against Xenoblade Chronicles X, it's such a long game that after playing Xenoblade HD it would create genre fatigue. Why would anyone want 120-140hours of RPG gaming, most 10 hours game don't ever get finish let alone large game like Xenoblade.
What makes more sense to grow the Xenoblade brand??? Xenoblade HD or Xenoblade 3DS? Nintendo has already made that choice. Xenoblade 3ds is meant to grow the market and interest in Xenoblade. 3ds will soon have a 50 million install base that's much better then the small WiiU base.
