It's a pretty bad name but the community calls it SSB4 anyways so it doesn't bug me too much.

Ehh it's in the same ball park as "New 3DS" and "Wii U".

I don't have a problem with the name and actually think it's clever, but I always loved how Nintendo used to have a tradition where names of games included the system like calling everything "Super..." of "...64". The Wii more or less has that as well but it's one franchise. I think they should have done that with WiiU also, call everything a name that starts with the letter 'U'. I'm not kidding.
Smash Bros. Ultimate
Smash Bros. Unlimited
Smash Bros. Universe
Smash Bros. Utopia
Smash Bros. Ukulele
You name it.
I honestly don't care at this point. Not to mention, "for" and "four".

ok, and for the 3ds......?

From a bussines perspective it´s the perfect name. For the fans not so much.

Exactly! That was such a missed opportunity.. :/

The problem is with the titles is they ran out of good synonyms to use after "Brawl" and "Melee". No one would want to play Super Smash Bros. Donnybrook.

I don't know, just call it the same. It's existence messes up my naming-scheme I'm aware of that, but I don't care. Just call it the same, it's the WiiU game where it's at anyway

I'd play that all day and night if that was a real thing.
