I have to applaud sony for doing the right thing here. Definately the correct move

that really was the least sony could do. hopefully ms follows suit with halo.

The MCC already has more then enough contend I doubt they will add any more via DLC.  Its already the complete edition of all the games that are included.

The only thing I could see them giving would be some months of Live or more extensive access to Beta. Other than that would be a game completely unreleated to Halo so I see no point besides pleasing people that complain too much.

Now I accept Halo has MP issues? What are you babbling about?

I'm not hating on DC, we can all agree DC and Halo:MCC online issues is bullshit that hurts the experience of both games.

And then when more data came proving the downtime you vanished from the thread.

I never denied there were problems with matchmaking. The game playable with some patience.

Driveclub is so broken they haven't even released the PS+ version a month later.

It isn't what is writen in your post there... but it's okay to change opinion... You must be trying to play all day to know so well how broken it is.

Before responding I decided to play some Halo:MCC. I haven't played since Thursday, it was still having issues but I was able to play games.

So I just played four matches in four different playlist. I'd say the average wating time was about 3 minutes. So connection issues have gotten much better in under a week.

I implied the Halo:MCC issues aren't isn't as bad as the Driveclub and I stand by that. Here's the reality, you want Halo:MCC's issues to be as bad as Driveclub.

But their game works. Optimization seems to be the biggest issue.

I would hardly call that working. There was a recent article from IGN where Ubi was patching certain issues, while others still have yet to be fixed.

"Arno falling through the ground, crashing when joining a co-op session, Arno getting caught inside of hay carts and a delay in reaching the main menu screen at game start, poor frame rate, crashing, clipping, mouse lag on menus, freezing, poor rendering."

IMO, this is much worse than the online issues with Driveclub.

http://ca.ign.com/articles/2014/11/14/assassins-creed-unity-gets-monetization-fixes-ahead-of-patch-2

The issues of Unity are MASSIVELY overstated. The game runs just fine. The framerate isn't great and it's a tad stuttery, but it's fundamentally fine. I've played for about 8 hours now, I did have 1 crash, but other than that nothing. There are issues with game design, but Ubi is getting more stick than it deserves

As for Drive Club, this is a good start. They've also already comitted to adding post-launch weather so that's good. They have also already committed to a lot of free DLC, for their sakes I hope that they get things working again. I'll likely pick this up around or after Christmas, though I would rather the PS+ version first as a demo

I'm talking about your statement that DC is still broken and impossible to play. You sure have been trying to play it right?
