#46 - Singularity. Great game with an awesome weapon

Sadly underrated, too. Too bad Raven is stuck making COD map packs now. They were probably the best shooter developer around.

My hint for #45:

La vida es una lenteja.

GTA Vice City.

Levantatee, anda y abre la nevera

y mira a veeer, si te queda mortadela

Levantate, abrela a ver si te queda mortadela...

La vida es una lenteja,

o la tomas o la dejas

My hint was waaaay too easy, but it had to be done. Nothing beats running away from the police listening to that song :D

The hint for the #45 game: It's about a flexible middle aged man who works for a secret organization in the US, which tasks him to sneak around high security places with a kickass soundtrack. This time, he must prevent the cliched World War 3 between North and South Korea. It's the best entry from the franchise.

Splinter Cell? Ive only played one of them, so Ill say.....Chaos Theory?

Chaos Theory?

Correct you are, both.

48. Final Fantasy VI (SNES)

If you can't remember the SNES generation, you need to get and play this game. This truly is a showcase of the near perfection attained at the end of the 2D era. As far as JRPGs go, it's still one of the best around with a fantastic story and a diverse array of characters.

I've always wanted to beat this game, but it was remade so late onto the GBA, I'd already moved on. Still high on my TDL, I played it for about 4 hours and really loved it.

It's on mobile now if you want to give it a go. It's not the best version (they've "modernised" the character art) but the core game is the same brilliance.

I wouldn't recommend the mobile version for a first timer, if only because of the sprites. Those sprites are HORRENDOUS, and they reek of generic

47. The Witcher (PC)

At a time when everyone was "dumbing-down" RPGs to appeal to the masses, along came relatively unknown CDProjekt with The Witcher that showed there was still a market for core/traditional RPGs. The combat is a little awkward by modern standards, but the deep plot with its moral ambiguity and the fact that consequences can take a long time before manifesting, make it one of the best RPGs ever made.

Clue for 46:

Released this year, this FPS surprised me. The franchise has a rich history.

Clue for 45:

The voice actor for the main character is a black guy, but he plays a character who's whiter than white.

Your #46 is Wolfenstein: The new order.
